Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Start by reaching out with as much detail as possible about the part you need. Include the year, make, model, vehicle type, part name or number, and a description of the issue. Photos of the part are extremely helpful at this stage.
Step 2 — Ship Us the Part
We require the physical part to proceed. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll provide shipping instructions. Pack the part securely and send it to our workshop. We handle all types of parts — from small brackets to complex assemblies.
Step 3 — Assessment & Feasibility
When your part arrives, we inspect and measure it thoroughly. We assess whether it can be accurately reproduced using our reverse engineering process. This stage may take several days depending on the complexity of the part.
Step 4 — Quote & Approval
Once assessed, we'll send you a detailed quote including cost and estimated turnaround time. No work begins until you've reviewed and approved the quote. There's no obligation at this stage.
Step 5 — Reverse Engineering & Production
With your approval, we get to work. Using precision measurements and modern manufacturing techniques, we reproduce your part to original specifications. Quality is checked at every stage of production.
Step 6 — Delivery
Your finished part is carefully packaged and shipped back to you. We include documentation of the process and specs used. Your original part is also returned unless otherwise arranged.
